Life can be messy — therapy doesn’t have to be…
My style includes utilizing a warm and empathetic approach in therapy and meeting my clients where they are at. I believe that successful therapy happens after forming a solid foundation between the therapist and the client. Additionally, learning to use healthy humor can be one of the most beneficial and healing things we can do for ourselves. My experience includes working with teens, young adults, and adults with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, body image and self-esteem concerns. Most common practices used include cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy and strengths-based therapy. It's not always easy to seek out help, but my goal is to create a safe and inviting space for you to express your full, authentic self.
