If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Jasmine Villegas, LSW
I work with children, teens, and families to help them better understand what they’re going through and build the tools they need to feel more confident and in control.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a space where you (or your child) feel safe, heard, and understood—without judgment. Together, we’ll work to make sense of what’s happening, develop practical coping skills, and build on existing strengths so that challenges feel more manageable.
I also understand how important it is for parents and caregivers to feel supported. I work alongside families to improve communication, reduce stress at home, and help everyone feel more connected and confident in navigating difficult situations.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it can also be the beginning of real, meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels manageable, supportive, and empowering.
