With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use recovery, stress, fertility concerns, relationship struggles, family challenges, and more. I enjoy working with teens and adults, and I bring a warm, genuine, and supportive approach to our work together.

I use a mix of proven therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), client-centered therapy, and strength-based therapy to find what fits you best. After hearing what you want to work on, I’ll help you set realistic goals and meet you wherever you are in your journey.
